Inventory

What issues does the SMART RFID inventory solve?

Accuracy of the inventory

A successful inventory is based on the accuracy of its results. There is no tool on the market that would assure a higher level of accuracy than SMART RFID. It achieves excellent results ? approx. 99.5%.

Time required

Until now this necessary task was associated with an unpleasant and monotonous duty, often coupled with working overtime and for overly long. With SMART RFID the time can be cut by up to 96%. By eliminating the need for direct contact with a barcode scanner, the reader can even be a few meters away from a tagged object and still correctly identify it. Furthermore, our reader is able to scan more than 300 products simultaneously ? easily inventorying a warehouse or office filled with 20 000 products in one hour.

Incurred costs

The biggest expense is the need to involve a team of people in performing the inventory and removing them from their other tasks. SMART RFID eliminates the inconvenience and provides real savings. An inventory now takes just a few minutes to complete and only one employee is needed.

Level of employees? knowledge

Thanks to a daily store or warehouse inventory, the staff will always know the current state of the equipment.

Why use SMART RFID to perform an inventory? Because it is:

SUPER PRECISE – guarantees 99.5% accuracy;

EFFICIENT ? makes it possible to inventory over 20 000 items per hour;

FAST – reduces the time needed for the inventory by 96%;

HELPFUL – allows a full inventory to be performed even daily;

SCALABLE – ideally suited for small and large spaces (offices, warehouses, halls);

UNIVERSAL – can be used when establishing an inventory of all fixed assets, regardless of their size: office equipment, computers, furniture, specialist equipment

CONVENIENT – readers used to perform the inventory have a modern design, are handy and easy to use.
